Autumn Restorative Yoga Workshop with Alicia Thomsen, DC

Fall is a time of transition and change.
As the trees shed their leaves so are we meant to go inward and let go of what is no longer serving us.
A restorative yoga practice creates stillness and the possibility of releasing, letting go and making space for transformation.
Aligning ourselves with the season, taking time out of our busy schedules to slow down is not only important but becoming an essential practice.
Restorative Yoga assists in balancing the nervous system by shifting the body away from the stress response and moving toward relaxation and easefulness.
When we practice Yoga regularly, we naturally become more healthy, feel a sense of well-being and create good patterns and routines.
