Yoga for back pain: Et 6 ugers kursus fra September med Alicia Thomsen, DC

Alicia Thomsen har en doktorgrad i Kiropraktik og er en yderst kompetent yogalærer, behandler og underviser.

Til efteråret udbyder Alicia et rygforløb hos Living Studios som vil sørge for at holde din ryg sund og stærk mange år frem.

Forløbet kører over 6 gange fra September-Oktober.

Tirsdage: 1/9 –  8/9 – 15/9 – 22/9 – 29/9 – 6/10

Kurset er ikke refunderbart men kan byttes til et andet forløb eller gives bort til anden side.

Kurset foregår på engelsk:

A regular Yoga practice can be an effective tool in relieving or managing back pain. Many are turning to Yoga as a way to alleviate aches and pains often as a referral from their doctor. This 6 week course is designed to target general sources of back pain and what you can do to help. Though there is not a single formula for all to cure back pain, we will sequentially travel up the spine exploring popular areas and muscle groups which can be a culprit in causing symptoms of discomfort. The goal of this series is to provide you with some general principles and simple sequences that will help in maintaining a healthy spine.
