January is an optimal time to take the tempo down.
A deeply therapeutic practice. Restorative Yoga is a practice in the art of presence and brings balance to a stressed nervous system. Poses are supported and held for longer in a slower moving practice. Pranayama and breath work will be woven into the teaching along with generous hands on adjustments. Join us for a curative yoga practice designed to enhance the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
When you take the time to care for yourself, the deeper intelligence within the body works more optimally to do what it does best- heal.
I look forward to practicing with you, where together we can rest, rejuvenate and find peace through the restorative poses.
